We finally reached our destination on Sunday, the little town of St. Anthony, on the northeast coast of the western peninsula on the island of Newfoundland. It is pretty much where the road ends; were we able to keep driving northeast we would hit Greenland. In fact, we are now closer to Greenland than we are to Minnesota.
A few pics from the drive up so far:

We even spotted a few stray icebergs on the drive up the coast.
This tourism video will give you a feel for what we hope to see this coming week:
And in case you’re wondering, we drove 2600 miles to get here!
