I admit that Chinese folk music, with its screeching horns and clanging symbols can be an acquired taste. That said, there are some amazingly talented musicians who perform the craft, not just on main stages in large cities, but also in the nooks and crannies of China’s smaller towns and cities.
I ran across this video on Twitter/X awhile ago. These guys have some serious talent, and are having a boatload of fun, to boot! Check out the chill dude playing the suona (horn).
