China has no shortage of restaurants. Some are tiny, “hole-in-the-wall” outfits with one or two table and grandma making dumplings out back. Others are mammoth; think indoor arena or small convention center.
These can be so big that in order to keep the food flowing, the waiters (and waitresses) are on roller skates. The food gets to the table quicker, and it’s fun!
